Privacy policy

What this site collects

This site is static. It sets no tracking cookies and uses no analytics. The only information I receive is what you deliberately enter in the contact form, or what you provide when booking a call. If you use the “Ask me anything” assistant, the question you type is used only to generate the answer; don’t put personal details in it.

Why I collect it

Only to answer your enquiry and, if we work together, to prepare a proposal. I don’t sell anything to anyone and I don’t send a newsletter.

Who else has access

The contact form and the booking tool are provided by third parties who process your information on my behalf. They may store that data outside Québec.

Concretely: the contact form and the assistant run on Cloudflare (Cloudflare, Inc., United States). The booking calendar is Google Calendar (Google LLC, United States). Questions asked to the assistant are processed by OpenRouter (United States) to generate the answer. That data may be stored in the United States or elsewhere outside Québec.

How long I keep it

Enquiries that don’t lead to work are deleted after twelve months. Client records are kept for as long as the law requires for accounting documents.

Your rights

Under Québec’s Law 25 you can ask for access to the personal information I hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. You can also withdraw your consent at any time. I have thirty days to respond.
